Step one - create an account

To purchase products online, you will need to create an account with us. Setting up an account is a quick and simple process - click on the 'Register New Account' link in the box on the right, and enter your details. On registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Ensure that you have received this before continuing.

Step two - using your account

Once you've created an account with us, you can login by entering the details you provided into the login box that appears on the right. When logged in, you can view and modify your account information by clicking on the 'My Account' link that appears at the top of each page.

Step three - selecting the right product for you

We've created a helpful self-selection guide. You can also browse our product catalog by using the search box on the top-right to search for products by their name or health condition treated, or by clicking the 'Product Index' on the left to view our entire product catalog.

Step four - adding products to your shopping cart

When you've found a product you want to purchase, you can add it to your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add this to my cart' button that appears at the bottom of each product page. Your virtual shopping cart will keep track of the products that you want to purchase. Once you've added an item to your cart, a 'Shopping Cart' box will appear on the right. By clicking on the 'more', or selecting 'Shopping Cart' from the menu at the top of the screen, you can view or edit your shopping cart.

Also, note that your shopping cart will remember it's contents even if you log out of the site, so you can select products now and checkout when it is convenient for you to do so.

Step five - going through the checkout

Once you're happy with your selection, you can move on to the checkout. This is where you specify details such as your shipping address and payment method. You can start the checkout procedure by clicking 'Checkout' in your shopping cart and then selecting 'Go to checkout'. There are three steps to the checkout procedure:

  • Step 1 - Delivery Information: here you select where you want your purchased products to be shipped to.
  • Step 2 - Payment Information: this is where you select how you will pay for the goods that you have purchased. Currently you have the choice of providing your credit card details, transferring funds direct to our bank account, or sending us a cheque. At this step you are also able to enter the details of any discount coupons you may have (for example, you may have taken part in our refer-a-friend promotion.
  • Step 3 - Order Confirmation: on this page you can review that all of the information that you have provided us is correct. This page will also provide further details like bank account numbers or addresses, depending on the payment method you selected in the previous step. Once you are confident that all of the information is correct, click 'Confirm the order' to continue.

You're done!

That's it. You should also receive an email within the next five minutes summarising your order.
