Shopping Policy

Any Evergreen Herb account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential and unauthorised access to their account is restricted. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. Evergreen Herb Ltd. reserves the rights to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time for any reason. Evergreen Herb Ltd. will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

Security

Evergreen Herb Ltd. has taken measures designed to make shopping on this web site safe. The shopping areas of our site use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all the information that you enter into your computer to send to us, such as credit card details. This means that the information that is sent between your computer and our servers is first encrypted before it is sent to us in the same way that Internet banking is secured, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to the Evergreen Herb web site. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. After we have processed your order, we will remove any trace of your credit card details, i.e. card name, number and expiry date, from our systems to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not accept refunds or returns on any opened products. Therefore please be quite sure that what you are ordering is what you really want.

Evergreen Herb Ltd. will accept returns within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) Email info@evergreenherb.co.nz to make a request for return, you will be sent a return claim form to fill; (b) the return products are not opened and in original condition; (c) customer is responsible for shipping costs and handling charges (30% of actual cost of product). Once we receive a qualified return, the balance of your actual cost of products minus shipping and handling charges will be refunded.

If we do not have a particular product in stock when you place your order we will contact you within two working days. At that stage you have the right to either accept the delay or cancel your order.

For New Zealand residents, if you do not receive your order within seven working days please contact us immediately, or if your order arrives in a damaged state then you have three working days within which you should contact us indicating the nature of the damage that has occurred to any of the products. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to lodge a claim with our courier provider and may result in us declining you a refund of your order.

We do not accept returns on wholesale and B2B orders. Products purchased with store credit are non returnable. For more information, please e-mail us at sales@evergreenherb.co.nz.

Shipping rates & options

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars, including G.S.T.for New Zealand residents. Postage and handling costs are NOT included in your cart but are added at Checkout.
For orders within New Zealand, all orders are free of delivery charges if the delivery address is located within the city of Palmerston North. All other locations within New Zealand have a NZ$3.00 courier delivery charge. If orders are over NZ$100.00, delivery is free.

For international orders, we ship all products by airmail parcel with track and trace. To Australia, shipping takes 3 - 6 working days at a rate of NZ$10.00. To Europe and United States, shipping takes 4 - 10 working days at a rate of NZ$15.00.

Shipments will go out 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment.

Payment options

Payment options provided by Evergreen Herb are Visa, MasterCard, cheque or direct bank deposit (NZ residents only), your Visa or MasterCard account will be billed when you confirm your order.

If you would like to pay by cheque, print out your order, fill in the details and post together with your cheque to Evergreen Herb International Ltd., 270 Park Road, Palmerston North. Please make the cheque payable to "Evergreen Herb International Ltd ". All cheques need to be 'cleared' by the bank before goods can be dispatched. This takes at least 5 working days.

If using direct debit or bank deposit, our bank account name is: Evergreen Herb International Ltd., account number: 01-0745-0186567-00, ANZ bank. Please quote your order number.

Our limitations

Each country may have different policies regarding to herbal supplements, it is your responsibility to check laws in your country before ordering if you suspect that your country restricts any products. We take no responsibility to any loss of your order if it is confiscated by the legal authorities of your country. You are also responsible for any taxes or customs duties that might arise when the shipment enters your country.

Please check your delivery address carefully. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order.

Rates may change

All prices quoted, shipping rates and this shipping policy are subject to change at any time without notice.
