Tension-free II supports body’s self-healing to soothe tension/restlessness/worry and irritability associated with two or more of the following:
◆ Tension/Restlessness/Irritability/Worry
◆ Temperature swings/Often tender red/hot face and sweaty night, dry mouth/lips/throat
◆ Hard to sleep/Waking up early
◆ Lack of stamina/Easily exhausted

These conditions may be triggered or aggravated by emotional upset, stress or hot environment.
If your conditions are among Tension-free I and II, alternate between them for the best results.
Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules of Morning Formula I daily after breakfast, 1-2 capsules of Night Formula daily 1-1.5 hours before bed for 5 days, then take 1-2 capsules of Morning Formula II daily after breakfast, and 1-2 capsules of Night Formula 1-1.5 hours before bed for 5 days. Repeat this alternation.
